The event “the movement arena” was conceived and designed to offer local, national and international artists and young talents a new platform to present themselves to a broad audience. The high-professional realization and the world-class performances of the artists inspire young and old. The international hip hop festival offers a new format in which the dancers compete in teams, 2 vs. 2. The battle offers space for mixing dance styles, freestyle performance and the application of various techniques. At least one of the crew should have a background as a Breaking Dancer. The “International Urban Dance Festival” brings together leading performers from the international urban dance scene and is one of the most important events for the scene in Switzerland. It has already had around 4,000 spectators so far.
